Overview We are looking for high-energy, motivated and creative-minded people who want to make lasting change for our clients. With the ability to use your creative thinking, you’ll support clients in adopting new ways of working, whether it’s process, technology or disruption-led. Working with a combination of junior and senior change colleagues, you will lead in delivering a change management package or workstream, providing effective support to teams and guiding senior stakeholders. The delivery of a change management package and workstream is likely to include the development of change impact assessments, training needs analysis, communication strategies, and training design and delivery. We are looking for someone with significant end to end supply chain experience in a retail environment.
