Material Coordinator - 26000871 Description Position Summary: The Material Coordinator – Small Projects is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing materials required for cryogenic and industrial gas projects. This role ensures materials and equipment are properly specified, purchased, delivered, staged, and available to support project schedules, cost control, and quality requirements. The Material Coordinator works closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Project Management, Purchasing, and Warehouse personnel to support efficient execution of projects from planning through installation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Material Planning & Project Support: - Review small capital project scopes, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials. - Validate material requirements in collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, and Project Managers. - Identify long‑lead, critical, or specialty materials and plan procurement accordingly. - Develop and maintain material procurement schedules aligned with approved project timelines.
