Position Summary Levata is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of technology solutions at customer sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically capable, and comfortable working independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities - Perform onsite installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of: - Wireless networking equipment (APs, controllers) - Structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A) - RFID and IoT solutions (where applicable) - POS, scanners, printers, and related hardware Execute project work including: - Access point mounting and alignment - Cable runs, terminations, and testing - Equipment rack/IDF/MDF setup - Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while onsite - Ensure all work is completed to professional and safety standards Maintain clear and accurate documentation: - Service reports - Installation photos - Test results (Fluke or equivalent where required) Communicate effectively w...
