FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation’s real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 3,300 units in the development process throughout Florida. OVERVIEW: FCI Residential is looking for an Operations Learning Specialist to join our property management team at our corporate office based in Boca Raton. This role is responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering training programs that enhance operational performance across our multifamily portfolio. The role combines expertise in property operations with a specialization in learning and development, serving as a key resource for both new and existing employees. Strong, current working knowledge of RealPage products is required. This position reports to the Operations Manager.
