The Opportunity Ulteig’s Lead Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in driving clarity, alignment, and execution across complex, cross‑functional business systems initiatives. Operating independently at a high level of complexity, this role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to define solutions that inform strategic outcomes, shape future processes, and influence enterprise standards. What You’ll Do: Own Complex Analysis and Solution Direction - Independently lead analysis efforts for complex, ambiguous, and high‑impact initiatives spanning multiple teams, business units, and systems. - Adapt analytical approaches to address unique challenges, incomplete information, and competing stakeholder needs. - Define and drive solution direction, informing project planning, sequencing, and execution decisions. - Make decisions that influence project direction and functional outcomes, escalating risks and tradeoffs appropriately.
