Assistant Facilities Manager

Bessemer Trust is actively recruiting for an Assistant Facilities Manager to lead and manage regional facilities projects while ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our office facilities. This role is based in our New York City Headquarters and reports to the Director of Corporate Real Estate. In this role, you will manage construction and renovation projects, oversee day-to-day facilities operations, collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to deliver high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that support our business goals. Qualifications: The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable.
