Overview We are seeking a Payroll Functional Analyst to join SAP HCM Payroll team with over 5+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and continuously improving SAP HCM solutions, with a specialization in North America payroll. Responsibilities: - Supporting end-to-end payroll processes, including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting. - Contribute towards strategic SAP HCM Payroll initiatives aligned with US and Canada labor and tax regulations, ensuring operational excellence and legal compliance. - Act as a cross-functional liaison between HR, IT, and Finance to deliver scalable, business-aligned payroll solutions. - Participate in technical testing and post-implementation support. - Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration and PEPSICO standards, and proper documentation. Compensation and Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850. - Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
