Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., currently has a full-time opening for a Commercial Building Inspector in the Mesa, AZ area. Those qualified shall be responsible for inspecting commercial, residential, and industrial properties, during and after construction. What You'll Do: - Conduct inspections before, during, and after construction to ensure that the building and construction site complies with safety, structural, and building code regulations. - Issue violation notices, stop-work orders, and permits for construction. - Document results of inspections. - Effectively communicates findings to homeowners and contractors. - Coordinate with and assist other field inspectors.
