This leader executes enterprise HR strategies for the mill by driving consistent people practices, strong compliance, accurate workforce operations, and effective leader support, all with a people- and results-centered approach. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead employee relations efforts in a unionized environment with fairness and consistency. - Support leadership and supervisor development initiatives. - Guide succession planning through execution of 9-box and talent planning processes. - Lead performance management efforts through execution of standardized processes. - Oversee consistent mill-wide recruiting and hiring processes. - Ensure employee data integrity through administration of the mill’s Paycom HRIS. - Administer mill-wide compensation and benefits programs. - Ensure compliance to employee handbook and HR policies. - Oversee compliance risk-management initiatives (i.e. audits). - Execute standardized HR workfl...
