Position Summary: The Senior Yardi Systems Specialist / Helpdesk Lead is responsible for leading the support and technical administration of the organization’s Yardi ecosystem while providing advanced troubleshooting and development expertise. This role combines helpdesk leadership with deep technical capability in Yardi Voyager 7S and Voyager 8 (Elevate), including custom report development, SQL scripting, and system configuration.
