Tax Senior Tax Services: | Business Tax Boston, Massachusetts, United States: Position Summary: Deloitte Tax LLP seeks a Tax Senior in Boston, Massachusetts. Work You’ll Do: Assist clients with fundamental tax planning and analysis, work to understand company-specific business and tax issues and identify and mitigate risk areas. Research and analyze a wide range of tax issues encountered on engagements. Provide trainings to junior team members regarding tax workpaper, various tax technologies used for K-1s and tax returns. Oversee the preparation of tax work papers and tax returns including extensions, estimates, and tax provisions. Onboarding new team members with federal, state and local, and international tax structures and statute obligations on the engagement. Develop a working knowledge of the client's business and tax systems, take responsibility for clearing open items relating to assigned areas, and meeting client deadlines, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
