Job description

- Responsible for working with the Chairman,Chief Administrator Officer and Medical faculty in directing the management of clinical operations and assigned administrative functions of all PA services which may consist of all PA multiple divisions and locations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Directs, supervises, and coordinates the activities of the Department’s ambulatory clinic operation and Professional fee billing offices. - Directs and integrates services within the department and with department partners by utilizing improvement strategies and tools to positively impact the clinical operations of the various sites. - Works with Division Heads, Faculty physicians, FPI leadership, Hospital leadership and other departments in expanding the clinical operations - Works with department leaders in the review and interpretation of clinical operational problems/policies. Resolves problems and recommends changes to the Department Chair, Senior Administrator, and Department Leadership. - Assists in the selection, employment, development and management of employees.
