Lead Financial Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The Strategic Missiles and Defense Systems (SMDS) finance team has an exciting opportunity in Huntsville, Alabama for a Lead Financial Analyst (Level 5) who will report to the SMDS Chief Financial Officer. As the Lead Financial Analyst, you will be a key part of our finance organization, responsible for leading the integration and analysis of Estimates at Completion (EACs) across development and production programs. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Contracts, Accounts Receivable (AR), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and Program Management to identify, implement, and drive changes that improve financial performance for Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) and Strategic Deterrence Systems (SDS) programs. You will own EAC cadence and compliance, develop executive-ready business cases and presentations, guide SMDS overhead pool initiatives, and lead special financial projects to maximize profitability, cash flow, and program outcomes.
