Director, Product Management - Home Platform

Job description

The Director, Product Management – Home Platform is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs and align with corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals. As Product Management leader you will be responsible for enhancing and developing the core platform capabilities of WellSky’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications serving our Home Health, Hospice and Palliative care markets. As such, you will have responsibility for the core application platform: identity management, master data management, audit logs, hosting platform strategy and integration capabilities – to both internal and external entities.
