Epic Delivery Owner (EDO) – Orchestration (AIR Tribe) About the role We’re looking for a skilled project and program leader to be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of Epics for the Orchestration squad in Euroclear’s AIR (Analytical Insight & Reporting) Tribe. You will ensure disciplined delivery governance (scope, budget, risk, compliance), lead cross‑tribe coordination, and guide process transformation to streamline how we plan, prioritize, and deliver value. You will collaborate closely across IT, Business, Sales, Operations, and Product, turning strategy into predictable outcomes. What you’ll do: - Be responsible for Epic delivery end‑to‑end. Establish Epic governance, coordinate squads and tribes, manage risks, and communicate progress through dashboards and steering‑committee routines, aligned with Euroclear’s EDO role definition. - Support quarterly rhythms.
