Responsibilities & Requirements: Provides assessment of educational needs and facilitation of unit compliance. Assists Clinical Nurse Manager in identification, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of unit activities, projects, and hospital wide programs. The Assistant Nurse Manager reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
