Hand & Stone is a rapidly growing brand that has over 650 locations nationwide. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills and a self-starter to oversee the day-to-day Sales of our Spa. This individual will establish and implement programs to achieve higher levels of sales & service. We are looking for a dynamic leader to motivate staff and provide hands-on leadership of this business. He or she must understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication and cooperation. This position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
