As a member of a cross-functional team, the DFC Business Systems Analyst I resolve support tickets, implement system enhancements and automation, develop reports, and helps onboard and train new users . In this role, Business Analysts directly influence our systems, our operations, and, most importantly, the experience of our customers. The analyst reports to the DFC Business Systems Supervisor.
