Process Improvement Specialist I

Job description

This role is focused on supporting SEL teams to improve the quality of their processes. You will work alongside employees from multiple divisions to help them with disciplined problem-solving, implementing strong corrective actions, and maintaining clear lines of communication throughout the duration of the problem-solving process. You will also support data driven decisions by analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations. The position offers opportunities for developing problem-solving and project management skills and becoming a trusted quality expert. As a Process Improvement Specialist I, a typical day might include: Assisting with root cause investigations and implementation or preventative actions Participating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and to brainstorm solutions. Performing data analysis, identifying trends and aligning KPIs.
