Reports To: Technical Manager About the Role Polytainers is seeking a hands-on Tool Room Supervisor to lead our Tool Room and support Molding operations. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring molds and tooling assets are reliable, capable, and ready to meet production demands. You’ll oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative programs, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance mold performance, reduce cycle times, and improve product quality—all while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
