As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating financial responsibilities, and ensuring that our patients have a positive experience when they visit our facility. Responsibilities: Benefits: - Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner - Verify patient information, including insurance coverage and personal information - Collect co-pays and other fees from patients at the time of service - Ensure the referrals are in the patient's chart before the patient comes in - Maintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up to date - Count cash box and complete cash reconciliation forms.
