Major Duties and Responsibilities: Manages pay for performance, merchandising, sales goals, and market share in assigned business channels by developing a well trained, highly motivated sales force to reach monthly/annual sales objectives. Spends 50-70 % of the time on the trade: training and monitoring assigned employees and calling on accounts on a regular basis. Hires, trains, evaluates, and disciplines staff as appropriate. Maintains and strives to improve customer relations and goodwill through ensuring adequate service by subordinates; through personal attention to opportunity areas and through trade visits with major accounts. Follows and enforces Anheuser Busch WEA and other supplier contract Code Date policies.
