JOB DESCRIPTION: Oral Roberts University invites applications for part-time adjunct faculty positions to teach online courses in the ORU Advantage Program for high school students. - ADJUNCT DUTIES: - Teach curriculum from ORU's Advantage online offerings - Assist students in achieving course objectives and learning outcomes - Provide consistent and quality feedback to students - Engage students in the learning process - Maintain an accurate and current grade book - Communicate with students regularly through news announcements, posts and follow-up. - Provide support and encouragement to students who are under-performing in their coursework Advantage Program Online Offerings: - American Government & Politics - American History Survey - Ancient & Medieval Humanities - College Algebra - Trigonometry - Preparation for College Reading - Composition 101: College Reading & Writing - Composition 102: Reading...
