Position Overview: Exact Sciences is seeking a detail-oriented and driven marketing automation professional to join our Customer Engagement & Web Experience team. This team supports Marketing, Customer Experience (CX), and business partners across the organization by executing omnichannel campaigns that engage customers and support improved health outcomes. As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will work hands-on within our Customer Engagement Platform, Braze, to build and launch campaign assets, configure segments, and implement journey logic based on predefined strategies.
