The Role: We are currently looking for energetic individuals to join our Manufacturing team in Dandenong, Victoria as a Factory Hand working our night shift. Your role will be responsible for: - Operating all site machinery under supervision - Organising packing of finished products - Completing production records, daily worksheets, and quality data sheets accurately - Maintaining a clean and tidy work area at all times - Reporting QA issues promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand - Reporting machine faults promptly to the Supervisor or Leading Hand - Suggesting improvements to job methods, equipment, or workplace conditions - Complying with company WHS policies, procedures, and legislative requirements - Wearing required PPE and model safe work behavior - R...
