In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide financial business partnering support, delivering accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders in line with GFS service level agreements. Contribute to the month-end close process, including financial reporting in HFM for P&L, Balance Sheet, working capital metrics, headcount, and other statistical requirements. Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis for financial statements, covering both P&L and Balance Sheet. Perform and review balance sheet and control account reconciliations, including monthly bank reconciliations, AP and AR reviews, journal entries, and timely resolution of reconciling items. Support the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and assist the Senior Specialist with detailed financial analysis. Prepare and analyze business performance reports for Bookings, Sales, and Backlog, including daily and periodic flash reports and monthly reconciliations. Deliver cost center reporting and variance analysis for SG&A and COGS.
