Part Time Shift Varies - Bethesda North Hospital Location: 10500 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery, OH 45242 Work Schedule: - Part Time Shift Varies (40hrs bi-weekly) - 7:30am - 4pm - No Holidays - No Weekends Job Overview: As a Unit Assistant in Radiology at Bethesda North Hospital, under the direction and supervision of the Clerical/Radiology Supervisor or Manager, this position provides essential clerical and patient support services for Imaging Services. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, activating pre‑admitted outpatients, obtaining signatures for consents and NNCs, entering orders and patient information, working within the EPIC and PACS systems, responding to email, phone, and fax requests, performing routine audits of EPIC/PACS databases, and correcting or editing radiology reports as directed. The Unit Assistant may also coordinate patient flow with lead technologists, provide patient observation, assist with patient transport, support patients with personal needs, recognize changes in patient condition and promptly call for appropriate assistance, comply with infection prevention standards, maintain effective communication with interdepartmental team membe...
