Compensation Consultant

Acumen is seeking a Compensation Consultant . This is a short-term consulting opportunity. The incumbent will be someone who has had experience setting up and implementing compensation benchmarks in a start-up, private sector, or in non-profit organizations. This person will work under the leadership of the Director of Talent. This role is located in NYC (lower Manhattan). We work in a hybrid model, 3 days in the office per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
