Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Performs industrial/commercial type painting to structures, furnishings, wall surfaces, equipment, and roads by using paintbrushes, rollers, or sprayer. - May hang and finish drywall and wallpaper. - Prepares surfaces before beginning any project. - Moves/protects furnishings and floor coverings prior to painting areas and posts wet signs where needed. - Mixes and matches paint, stain, and other finishes to job specifications. - Must follow all safeguards, rules, and regulations as mandated. - Cleans and maintains painting tools and materials after completion of each assignment. - Drives utility vehicles and is responsible for vehicle's daily inspections, maintenance, safe operations, and safeguarding against vandalism or theft. - Performs related responsibilities as required.
