Job DetailsJob Location: Prairie Du Sac, WI 53578The Deli Lead will be responsible for modeling and promoting Hansen’s IGA Market culture by consistently providing “best in class” service to our guests. The main responsibility of the Deli Lead is to oversee associates, customer satisfaction and standards for the Deli Department, in the absence of the Grocery Manager. As a part of the Hansen’s IGA Market leadership team, the Deli Lead must demonstrate accountability, strong team management skills and hands-on involvement, both on the floor and with the team. Duties & Responsibilities: Serve customers in the Deli Department while modeling Hansen’s IGA Market culture and providing “best in class” customer service, which includes, greeting, engaging, delighting and thanking every guest for their business Provide consistent, timely and friendly customer service when answering questions, making suggestions and resolving complaints Manage all areas of the Deli Department, consistently leading by example and applying effective management techniques Ensure that the Deli Department is always fully stocked with the best quality products Maintain department conditions, ensuring shelves are sto...
