POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Outreach Manager is a role that is responsible to establish, maintain and develop relationships with referents as well as identify new business opportunities within assigned territory. They also develop strategies for growth of the designated territory. Additionally, the Senior Outreach Manager is responsible for Cultivating and maintaining long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and engaging them by using knowledge of each industry and organization Duties and Responsibilities: to include but not limited to the following: Identifies, builds, and maintains relationships with key strategic referral partners in designated territory. Educate team members and referral sources about RCA services as related to industry changes, specific clinical programs and capabilities, clinical outcomes and appropriate patient referrals/admissions. Manages all client related communication and CRM remotely, via smart mobile devices. Communication may frequently fall outside of regular business hours (including weekends).
