City : Gibson City State : Illinois (US-IL) Country : United States (US) Requisition Number : 45135 A Day in the Life: Responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day assigned Crush, Refinery, Milling or Packaging production operations department shift. Support the Mgr-Production Operations in monitoring and improving plant productivity. What You'll Be Doing: - Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common goal of zero injuries - Oversee assigned department production shift activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency - Ensure assigned shift is compliant with sanitation requirements. May provide support in the monthly sanitation inspections and implementation of any corrective actions as necessary - Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements - Track and report shift productivity improvements - Approve daily reports and KPRs for the assigned shi...
