Train and educate students rotating through the department and performing internships for phlebotomist education requirements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: 1. Two (2) years of experience as a phlebotomist. EXPERIENCE: 1. Phlebotomy training experience 2. Phlebotomy Certification (CPT).
