Job description

The Portfolio Analyst supports portfolio decision-making by conducting SKU-level performance analysis, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering structured reporting across the product portfolio. This role plays a key part in portfolio governance by preparing data, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and supporting monthly portfolio review processes. The analyst owns data accuracy and reporting consistency, ensuring reliable insights in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This position reports to the Director of Marketing HQ. Essential Job Functions: - Analyze SKU-level performance (sales, margin, velocity) across a broad food portfolio to identify risks such as slow-moving inventory and margin erosion. - Execute structured analyses (e.g., ABC analysis, scorecards) to support SKU evaluation and portfolio rationalization (Grow, Maintain, Exit). - Maintain portfolio master data (SKU mapping, category tagging) to ensure consistency across systems, channels, and temperature states. - Build and manage dashboards and recurring reports to support category performance tracking and business decision-making. - Prepare and deliver monthly portfolio review materials for cross-functional alig...
