Associa is hiring a Porter for its community in Sterling, VA. Daily responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups. - Remove all trash from all trash receptacles and doggie stations; replenish bags as necessary. - Create and maintain positive and professional relationships with all community residents, contractors, and visitors. - Conduct routine/scheduled walk-throughs and drive-throughs to assess, record, and report property conditions, e.g. graffiti, parking violations, missing/damaged signs, damaged fences, trail blockages, fallen trees, bulk trash violations, suspicious activities, etc. - Assist with all grounds and facilities projects. - Ensure the cleanliness of all tot lots, common parking lots, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, and all other common areas. - Make pickups/deliveries of supplies, materials, and/or equipment. - Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of maintenance shop, shop yard, company vehicles and company equipment. - Assist with quarterly tools & equipment inventory. - Assist with events and meetings setups, e.g. tables, chairs, etc. - Perform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set ups. - Opera...
