Due to a growing portfolio of work, we are seeking an experienced Safety Coach – HSEQ Advisor to join our team. This role is based in the Glasgow office. What We expect of you: You’ll lead engaging safety workshops and training sessions, using multimedia tools and interactive methods to create meaningful learning experiences. You’ll support the workforce with practical safety guidance, stay current with industry standards, and travel regionally to deliver workshops and outreach activity. You'll also maintain accurate records for reporting, while carrying out day-to-day HSEQ duties such as inspections, audits, and investigations. Alongside this, you’ll act as an Internal Auditor, planning and conducting internal audits, assessing compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and helping drive continuous improvement across our management systems. You should be confident evaluating and improving safety programmes, and stepping in to guide safe behaviours and working conditions when needed....
