Description Position Type: Salaried: FLSA Status: Exempt: Benefits: Eligible: Position Type: Onsite, Full-Time, 40 Hours per week Position Summary: The HR Generalist supports the operational functions of the People & Culture department and serves as a primary employee and leadership support resource across Goodman Community Center. Why This Role Is Important: Reporting to the Vice President of People and Culture, this role helps ensure managers and employees receive consistent support related to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, corrective action processes, workforce compliance, training coordination, and day-to-day workforce operations.
