Description : The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions: - Connect the network with integrated supply chain solutions to safeguard production. - Ensure parts supply at the right time, right place, quantity, and quality for continuous production. - Focus on Material Control, Transportation Control, and Delivery Assurance. - Act as the gatekeepers of the supply chain for the ultimate driving machine - Address areas of uncertainty for material control such as forecast errors, yield losses, timing issues of demand and supply (random lead times). - Find alternatives to the current solution, which is carrying safety stock. - Develop concepts an...
