JOB SUMMARY: The University of Connecticut seeks a proactive and skilled programmer/analyst to join the Information Technology Services (ITS) team as a Software Developer 2. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting, developing, and optimizing enterprise applications and integrations that drive university operations. Your responsibilities will span the entire software lifecycle—from analysis and design to implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support. You will collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders, vendors, and management to diagnose and resolve system errors, enhance system functionality, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. The position requires documenting technical modifications, developing automated processes, and producing comprehensive reports on project work.
