The Critical Care Business Manager acts as the primary contact for the customer and is responsible for coordinating with all company counterparts that also have responsibilities within the account. In addition to the assigned products, the CCBM is responsible for becoming certified to teach the set up and the utilization of the drug delivery device. Through these responsibilities, the representatives will meet or exceed target objectives (MBO’s). Primary customers include Neonatal HCP’s, Physicians, Mid-level Providers, Respiratory Therapists, Nurses and Hospital Administrators – especially Finance and Supply Chain.
