Job Description Summary Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II provides overnight individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results. This position is for overnight coverage of a 23-hour observation unit and will flex to dayshift during times of low census.
