Leidos is seeking a Key Leadership Engagement Analyst to support the MARCENT KLE Program at MacDill AFB, FL . This position plays a critical role in synchronizing Marine Corps Key Leader Engagements with CENTCOM Commander priorities and strategic themes across the Area of Responsibility. Primary Responsibilities: - Maintain MARCENT KLE web pages, historical records, and program documentation. - Track and coordinate Headquarters Marine Corps KLEs within the CENTCOM AOR and the National Capital Region. - Develop comprehensive Trip Books, including talking points, scene setters, biographies, and After Action Reports. - Draft formal correspondence such as thank you notes and ensure proper archiving of completed engagements. - Coordinate quarterly reviews with the MARCENT Strategic Communications Branch to ensure alignment with communication objectives. - Update the CENTCOM KLE Portal and calendar with engagement details, actions, and readouts. - Participate in planning conferences and working groups. - Deliver In Progress Reviews, assessments, briefings, and naval messages. - Support internal MARCENT working groups and assist with conference planning and execution.
