Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, including ushers, box office, and concession employees. - Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the theater. - Assist with training employees and providing ongoing coaching and support. - Monitor theater cleanliness, safety, and presentation, including auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas. - Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents professionally and promptly. - Support opening and closing procedures. - Assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking and ordering supplies. - Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operat...
