Job Description: YOUR MISSION: Ensure our Q-Commerce Top Partners have their catalogs optimized and correctly integrated in order to maximize conversion, basket size, customer happiness and ultimately growth. This position will require effective interaction between our Partners and Account Managers, as well as analytical and technical proficiency in managing catalog tools. THE JOURNEY: Optimize conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and assortment breadth to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for users Define and own the assortment onboarding process with partners by creating/improving templates with simple but effective guidelines and ways-of-working Manage catalog changes requests from partners, ensuring guidelines compliance, SLA achievement, and educating & preventing partners fro...
