In this role, you'll: Working as part of a team delivering the management of a portfolio of leased property assets, supporting asset management plan objectives, and ensuring leased land and property assets are managed in line with policy, legislation, community standards and environmental responsibilities. This role will see you manage high volume leasing transactions, contribute to leasing strategies and plans, support the delivery of financial and KPI reporting and ensure compliance by external service providers. You will optimise leasing performance and outcomes in a complex, high volume property environment requiring stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, compliance management and value for money decision making.
