Merchant Funding Specialist The Merchant Funding Specialist is responsible for engaging existing American First Finance merchants via phone to enhance utilization and improve performance. This role works closely with merchants, sales teams, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen merchant relationships. It requires a customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
