As a Float Pool Hospice Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive end-of-life care to terminally ill patients across a variety of settings—including private residences, hospice facilities, and nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include managing pain and other distressing symptoms, educating patients and families, offering emotional and spiritual support, and collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary care team.
