Assistant General Manager Position Summary : The Assistant Restaurant General Manager works under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager to provide our guests a superior dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. The ARGM is responsible for the daily activities and operations of the restaurant including guest service, food preparation to meet brand standards, staffing, team development and administrative functions.
