Overview Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for a Shift Operations Manager in Richland, WA. This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222-S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD). Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: The Shift Operations Manager (SOM) provides comprehensive leadership and oversight for the 222-S Laboratory Complex, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective operations on a 24/7 basis. The SOM directs and supervises the Operations Department’s bargaining unit personnel, including Operations Chemical Technologists (CTs) and Stationary Operating Engineers (SOEs), setting clear expectations for safety, professionalism, and performance.
