Position Number: 22110867 County: Pulaski Posting End Date: March 26, 2026 This TDM Facilitator position is needed to conduct family-centered meetings to ensure the safety and well-being of children. Responsible for developing and documenting family plans. This position requires travel to different offices/areas to facilitate TMD meetings, form community partnerships, communicate/engage with staff, families, and community providers. This position will be required to attend necessary training and TDM Workshops. This position will be required to assist with other duties as needed. The Social Services Specialist is expected to: Be prepared to work non-standard work hours, which often include evenings, weekends and holidays; be on a 24-hour on-call rotation for up to 7 days at a time. Operate a motor vehicle safely according to applicable laws at any time of day or night. Have reliable personal transportation; extensive in-state travel ability; maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
